Common Questions

How do I sync across devices?

Pinwork uses your private iCloud account to sync. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices and that iCloud is enabled for Pinwork in Settings > Apple ID > iCloud. Sync happens automatically.

Is my data private?

Yes. Pinwork collects zero data. Your tasks stay on your device and in your private iCloud. We have no servers and no access to your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I manage my subscription?

In the public App Store version, subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to view, change, or cancel your plan.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Pinwork and go to Settings > Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your subscription or lifetime unlock will be restored automatically.
