Pinwork does not collect any data. No personal information, no usage analytics, no crash reports, no device identifiers. The app runs entirely on your device.

All your tasks, projects, and settings are stored locally on your device using the system database. This data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync.

If you choose to sync across devices, Pinwork uses Apple's private iCloud container (CloudKit). Your data is synced directly between your Apple devices through your personal iCloud account. We have no access to your iCloud data and cannot read, modify, or delete it. Apple's iCloud security and encryption policies apply.

Pinwork can import tasks from Apple Reminders, Things, Todoist, and CSV files. All imports happen locally on your device. No data is sent to external servers during this process.

The Pinwork app does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks that collect data. This website uses PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how visitors interact with the landing page. PostHog collects visitor analytics such as pages viewed and referral source, and may collect session recordings to understand how visitors use the site. No data from the website is linked to your use of the Pinwork app.

Pinwork does not require an account. There is no sign-up, no login, and no server-side user profiles. Install the app and it works immediately.

Because Pinwork collects no data whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

If we ever update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Since we do not collect any contact information, we cannot notify you directly, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.
