Who operates Pinwork

Pinwork is developed and operated by ADAPTING.TECH sp. z o.o., a limited liability company registered in Poland. We are the data controller for personal data described in this policy. KRS 0000981725, NIP 7011097225, REGON 522601209.

Task data and local storage

Pinwork stores your tasks, projects, notes, checklists, tags, and settings locally on your device. We do not receive or have access to this content. Pinwork does not send task content to RevenueCat or use it for analytics, advertising, or profiling.

iCloud sync

When iCloud is available on your device, Pinwork automatically uses Apple CloudKit to sync task data through your private iCloud database. Selected preferences and pinned items may also sync through Apple’s iCloud key-value store. The data passes between your devices through your personal iCloud account. We cannot read, modify, or delete the content in your private CloudKit database. Apple’s iCloud security and privacy terms apply.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Pinwork uses RevenueCat, Inc. to validate purchases and determine access to paid features. RevenueCat receives purchase history, subscription status, purchase-related technical information, locale and currency code, and an automatically generated anonymous App User ID.

Pinwork does not send RevenueCat your name, email address, task content, or a Pinwork account identifier. We do not use RevenueCat for advertising or cross-app tracking. RevenueCat processes purchase information on our behalf under its privacy policy.

No Pinwork account

Pinwork does not require a sign-up, login, or server-side user profile. The anonymous purchase record maintained by RevenueCat is used to manage purchases and is not a Pinwork account.

Children’s privacy

Pinwork does not collect task content or create accounts for children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the revised version on this page and update its effective date.
