Who operates this website

Analytics and cookies

The website uses PostHog EU Cloud to understand how people use it. PostHog may process pages viewed, referral source, button activity, browser and device information, an approximate country or region inferred from network information, and session recordings. PostHog may use cookies to identify a website session.

Website analytics are separate from the Pinwork app and are never linked to your task content. Browser privacy settings, content blockers, or network filters may limit or block analytics.

Optional launch email

If you leave an email address for Pinwork launch and promotional-code updates, we use it for those communications. The address may be stored in our Cloudflare database and in PostHog. Because the email field is intentionally visible in session recordings, it may also appear in the recording connected to your submission. This helps us recover an address if the form has a technical problem.

We may associate an approximate country and time zone derived from website analytics with your email so a launch message can be scheduled at a suitable local time. Leaving an email is optional. You may withdraw your consent and ask us to delete the address at any time by contacting us.

Support messages

If you send a question through the guide, we store the email address and message you provide so we can respond and follow up. We use that email address only to reply to the support request, not for marketing.

Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information through the website from children under 13.

If this notice changes, we will publish the revised version on this page and update its effective date.
